2008 Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a FROSST conference. Sponsorship allows us to keep FROSST conferences free to attendees. Sponsorship helps you create awareness of your business within the software testing community while supporting collaboration by testers.

Here are some facts about FROSST
  • First event schedule for October 2008 -- plan to make recurring
  • Managed by ThinkTalkTest, Ltd. -- co-founded by Ben Simo and Heidi Harmes-Campbell
  • Free to participants
  • Open space format -- participants set the agenda
  • 100 to 150 people at each event

Summary participant information is shown below -- in the form of word clouds -- for the first 135 people registered for the October 2008 FROSST Conference.

The table below shows the available conference sponsorship options. If you don't see a sponsorship package that meets your needs, please contact us to customize a sponsorship package. We also welcome in-kind donations (e.g., facilities, food, supplies, etc.) as payment for sponsorship.

Please contact us as sponsor@frosstcon.com for additional sponsorship information. You may also download this page as a PDF.

Support FROSST as an Individual

We've received inquiries from individuals wanting to support FROSST. The best way you can support us is to participate in a conference. We can also use help from volunteers and in-kind donations of materials. Please contact us at sponsor@frosstcon.com if you'd like to volunteer or donate materials.

You can also help us by referring potential sponsors. Ask your employer. Ask the companies with which you do business. You can direct potential sponsors to http://sponsor.frosstcon.com to directly access this page.

And, of course, we will accept your monetary support to help offset conference costs. Please note that while FROSST was created to help build community, ThinkTalkTest, Ltd., is not a non-profit organization. However, we will ensure that all money collected from individual donors goes to support community building activities through FROSST conferences. Individual contributers will receive acknowledgment on the event sponsor page on the FROSST wiki; but no commercial promotion. Thank you for your support.
